Privacy policy

The data controller is Crunky Entertainment EOOD, company number (EIK) 207252988, Plovdiv, Bulgaria, trading as CRUNKY STUDIOS.

Contact form. When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email and message, plus your company, phone, project type and budget if you filled them in. We use them only to reply and to prepare a quote at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). The enquiry is delivered by email through Resend into a mailbox hosted by Zoho Mail. We keep it until the enquiry is closed.

Abuse protection. To limit automated submissions, your IP address is stored briefly with Upstash and deleted automatically after 10 minutes (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).

Hosting and statistics. The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes the technical data needed to serve pages, including your IP address. Visit statistics come from Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. Fonts on the main site are served from our own domain. The case study and concept project pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so on those pages your browser sends its IP address to Google.

Cookies and Google Analytics. If you click "Accept" in the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are read and where visitors come from (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)). It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_SHC65KYR26, which expire after up to 2 years, and sends visit data to Google. Without consent Google Analytics does not load and the site sets no cookies. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer. Your choice and the case study page language are kept only in your browser (localStorage).

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union.

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. You can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
